Refund Policy

When do you get a refund for the canceled order?

For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request. If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets, we will refund the money in your respective payment account. Typically refunds are processed in between 7- 10 working days after an order is marked as canceled.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure a refund into your account. We only control release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

  • Shipping cost refunds are only applicable on products with a manufacturing defect

  • If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order contents are to be returned then you will be refunded only for the price of the order component returned
